How
to Create a "Wedding Memory Box"
Memory boxes are a great way to commemorate
special occasions and are easier to maintain than scrapbooks
and photo-albums.
The contents of a memory box can be as unique as your special
day, and can be refined at anytime. Safely store reminders of
the big day such as invitations, photos, guest lists and pressed
flowers as follows:
- Line the box with colorless,
acid-free paper and keep away from light, damp or extreme
temperature fluctuations to help protect your precious papers,
photographs, etc.
- Decide on where you will
store your memory box and how big it will be will be ahead
of time. Limit your selections to just the treasures and
use the one-in-one-out rule to ensure that your memory box
doesn’t grow too big for your space.
