How
to Deal With Magazines
Storing magazines can quickly become cluttered
chaos. If you aren’t
ready to toss them right away, there are many ways to store your
magazines in a decorative yet functional manner. A wine rack can
easily and attractively hold some rolled up magazines; decorative
ladders are also a great way to display them while also making
use of your vertical space.
- If you haven’t read the magazine
in 3 months, consider tossing it or clip the articles that
still interest you and file them in a binder. If you aren’t
ready to purge them, older magazines look great stacked in
sea grass baskets, grouped on shelves.
- If you have a subscription, toss your magazines annually.
Seasonal articles are often recycled and updated by magazines
each year –
so no need to keep them around more than
one year.
